Samsung is expected to unveil the Note III during it's unpacked event next month and there is a lot of speculation on the specs of this device especially in the screen size department. This has become a hot topic of debate since Samsung's new Mega line of devices goes up to a 6.3 inch screen. According to Sam Mobile they got the Note III's specs from a " trusted insider" I posted them below for you.
As always from Samsung the Note III will come in two variants assuming the N900 will be the US variant and the N9005 will be the international one.
