Right before the IFA show in Berlin, first photo and specs of the Xperia Z1 mini leaked the net, and now a brochure from the Japanese carrier NTT DoCoMo reveals the name (Xperia Z1 f) and the specs of the upcoming mini variant of Sony's latest flagship.
The Sony Xperia Z1 f (SO-02F) will feature a 4.3-inch display with 1280x720 resolution, will be powered by a 2.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, the same 20.7-megapixel camera on the back, 2.2-megapixel front-facer, 2300mAh battery, dust and waterproof (IP55/IP58) and will measure 127mmx64.9mmx9.4mm.
