While BlackBerry's devices themselves are not doing so well their other services continue to thrive and be stay in demand. One of the most popular of those services is BlackBerry Messenger, it was recently introduced into the Play Store for Android devices and now this service will be preloaded on some LG Android devices.
BlackBerry and LG have announced that the LG G Pro Lite will be the first device to have BBM preloaded on it straight out of the box.
"People across the globe are using BBM to connect with each other and the enthusiasm has been phenomenal. We're extremely pleased that LG Electronics will help bring their customers a more seamless experience with BBM by preloading the app, starting with the G Pro Lite in key markets," said Andrew Bocking, Executive Vice President for BBM at BlackBerry.
While I don't personally use this service with all of the privacy concerns surrounding the government these days, it's a great service that will keep you safe from it all and I am glad to see it grow in users.
