Earlier this year at CES, Alcatel has unveiled its mid-range Android smartphones and today has announced its 2013 Android flagship smartphone, the One Touch Idol X. Check the specs and hands-on video after the break.

The Idol X has a 5-inch full HD display, it's powered by a quad core MediaTek 1.2GHz processor, 2GB of RAM, 2-megapixel front-facing camera and depending on the market it will come in two options a single-SIM and dual-SIM. The single-SIM version spot an 8-megapixel camera, 8GB of build in storage and microSD card slot while the dual-SIM model has a 13-megapixel camera 16GB/32GB of internal storage and no memory card slot. Both models are just 7.1mm thick with a tiny 2.4mm bezel, 2,000 mAh battery, it’s available in variety of colors: green, yellow, blue, red and black and run Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean.
It will be released in the second half of the year, but lacking LTE, most probably will not be released in the US. Price is yet to be announced.
